Our production division offers flexitime, ergonomic workplaces and a highly varied range of products, as well as varied deployment at different machines. We also place particular emphasis on comfortable workwear, including for example lightweight work boots that are pleasant to wear despite having steel toecaps. We use the 5S method to ensure our premises and processes are systematically standardised, with constant ongoing modernisation.
You’ll find fruit, coffee and water for everyone in our open kitchen areas. And the first-storey dancefloor is ready and waiting for the next after-work party, which we’ll hopefully be able to celebrate with you very soon.

As a rule, you will be offered an open-ended contract of employment with attractive pay, including 30 days annual leave.

Once we have received your complete digital application (PDFs) including your salary expectations and the earliest possible date you can start, you will usually receive confirmation of receipt from us within three days. After reading through and checking your documents, we will make an appointment with you for a first interview.
After that, you will have up to three subsequent interviews with us. As far as possible, the first two interviews will be remote and only the third interview on site, to give you an opportunity in this phase to take a look at the company, your future workplace and the management team. You will usually receive feedback after one week, or even sooner after the third interview in most cases.
