What’s the role?
- Your main tasks include the professional and disciplinary management and further development of the employees (twelve colleagues) in the area of technology and development – connection technology (electronics and mechanics) and processing technology (mechanical engineering).
- You support your team and, if necessary, external development teams in the specification, conception and successful implementation of projects.
- Together with your team and the sales department, you develop the strategy for product innovations and the corresponding product roadmap.
- You analyse the market and the competitive situation and derive technology standards for your own products and optimisation possibilities.
Your profile | What you offer:
- You have a degree in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering) or comparable training.
- In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in a technical environment with management responsibility.
- You have the ability to present complicated technical and organisational issues in a concise and understandable manner and are familiar with classic and agile project management methods.
- You are characterised by assertiveness, strong teamwork and communication skills, an analytical mindset, a self-reliant way of working and strategic understanding.
- You are business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English.
