Tool construction Made in Germany

We offer you the development and manufacturing of high-quality plastic molds and injection molding tools from a single source. Since we produce in-house and have short service paths, we can offer you a high degree of flexibility when it comes to modifications to customer tools, for example. We also implement the most demanding custom tooling according to individual specifications. We stand by our customers and deliver high-quality high-pressure tools, low-pressure tools, trial tools, and potting fixtures – certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and Made in Germany.

High-Pressure Tools for precise results

With our high-pressure tools, we accurately shape all common thermoplastics, thermosets, and high-performance plastics (metal substitution). Our long-standing experience in tool and mold making ensures that the properties of thermoplastics, as well as process reliability, are considered during design. Another advantage for our customers: Sampling of the tools built can be done on-site. This means we manufacture, assemble, and test the tools in our company before delivering them to you.

Low-Pressure Tools

In the Hotmelt Moulding process, significantly less pressure (5 to 40 bar) and lower temperatures are used compared to traditional plastic injection molding. This way, even sensitive components are protected, insulated, and made resistant to mechanical stress. This overmolding technique is particularly suitable when insert components need to be sealed reliably. Moreover, this method is gentle on the components and cost-effective. Sampling of the tools built can also be done on-site here: We manufacture, assemble, and test the tools in our company before delivering them to you.

Trial Tools and Sampling of Falling Parts

For trial or testing purposes before starting mass production, we also offer special molds for small series. Whether you want to create a prototype, are interested in cost-effective tools made from aluminum, or need mold inserts or sample inserts for small series: we listen and provide you with a suitable solution.

This also applies to injection molding sampling up to a clamping force of 600 KN including production-optimized mold delivery and acceptance. As a specialist in plastic molds and injection molding tools, we also offer you sampling and acceptance on site.

Laser Welding for Repairs and Modifications

The fastest and most cost-effective way to replace a tool is to repair it. Building a new tool from scratch is both time-consuming and costly, especially when it disrupts production flow. The same applies when changes need to be made to a tool. For this reason, we have incorporated laser welding into our range of services.

Our staff work with the Alpha-Laser, operating with pinpoint accuracy and precision. Even complicated seam geometries are welded with minimal heat input: for only minimal structural changes and low thermal distortion. Another advantage of reworking through laser welding is the porosity-free weld seams.

Using this technique, you avoid long wait times, so your tool is ready for use as quickly as possible. And: Whenever it makes sense to repair a part instead of building a new one, we will also make this recommendation to our customers.

Maintenance and Quality Assurance

We offer our clients, among other services, tool maintenance plans, gladly test the functionality at regular intervals, and inspect the high-pressure or low-pressure tools in detail. This way, we increase the lifespan of injection molding components even under the highest strain.

We understand that a project extends far beyond the development, manufacturing, and delivery of precision plastic injection molding tools. Therefore, we offer numerous services for both our own injection molding tools and third-party molds in the areas of repair, overhaul, spare parts, time and cost-efficient modifications, or optimization of new molds – quickly and flexibly.
