How do you experience working at WERNER WIRTH?
My highlight of my time here is the team itself at WERNER WIRTH. How we see each other as a family even across departments and support each other as a team. For example, when Christmas is busier and the warehouse, production and purchasing departments help together, that always touches me. There is no divisional thinking here.
However, our team events are also something very special for me: for example, I have very fond memories of a cooking course with a star chef before Covid hit the world. There was a division into teams: one group each took care of the starter, dessert and main course. The nice thing about it was that we had mixed groups. Therefore, we really had time for a deeper exchange with colleagues with whom we normally do not work so closely.

What means a lot to you in particular?
I am trusted as employee. That means a lot to me. In my 18 years here, the door to the Managing Directors Stefan and Sven has always been open. If you take advantage of this opportunity to talk to them, you always have handling scope and the chance to redesign processes.

I also appreciate the culture of making mistakes here. If mistakes happens, there is no condemnation, but ideas for solutions are shared according to the motto “Maybe we can do it this way next time”. I experience this constructive approach from the management as very valuable and try to pass it on as a leader in my team every day.

What else is important to you in your life?
Privately, I love road trios. Just get in the car and go. A highlight was the trip along the west coast of Australia in 2019.
