How did you get here?
Right after school, I actually wanted to become an industrial engineer or chemical engineer or yacht designer. Then I decided to study electrical engineering and start in my father’s company. Today I am Managing Director and company owner.

Please describe yourself. What is important to you?
I like to keep myself busy with future issues.Because I am curious about learning. For example, I am the chairman of the energy policy commission of the association Die Familienunternehmer e.V. There, I discuss with politicians and entrepreneurs how we can succeed in the energy transition.

How do you experience work in your own company?
Instead of work in the company, we also need work on the company. That is why we are currently working a lot on processes.
We love to innovate and think in terms of possibilities and solutions.

My father as former owner and Managing Director supports us in retirement in the area of facility management and with his knowledge as a master electrician. We are proud of our team and values such as family and tradition, and at the same time in the midst of transformation around topics such as agility, digitalisation and much more.

Employees who want to work here should like it that they have direct contact to the owner and that they have the opportunity to take on responsibility. We are not looking for “business card title holders”, but for people with the courage and desire to make a difference at WERNER WIRTH in the role of real entrepreneurs in the company.
We are currently on a strong growth course and therefore always have a lot to do. That is why it is so important to me to say “Thank you!” to all my colleagues for what they do here.
We get together at regular team events and celebrate our successes together. For example with a harbour tour followed by a party at the Landungsbrücken until late at night.
