Already introduced at productronica 2023 in Munich, we have expanded our portfolio to include customer-specific connection systems for innovative photovoltaic roof tiles. This system overcomes the most common weaknesses in system assembly and aims to significantly reduce the complexity, error-proneness, and assembly time during the installation of photovoltaic roof tiles, while increasing the efficiency of the entire system.

The installation of photovoltaic roof tiles is known for its complexity and high susceptibility to errors, where the interdependence of various trades adds an additional challenge. Our connector solution meets these challenges with an innovative approach: the introduction of a plug-and-play system that allows for easy, customizable, efficient, and safe assembly.

A significant improvement in the electrical performance of the wiring harness was achieved by our engineers through the optimization of resistance at the numerous connection points. This is possible due to a special connection technique that provides a more efficient energy transfer from the solar cell to the outlet. The uniform safeguarding of each tile as well as the entire system also increases safety.

Individual adjustments to the system, such as monitoring the temperature and performance of each roof tile, are also possible.
