Competencies and Development
Since the 1980s, we have been offering harness assembly, evolving along with technological advancements and catering to prevailing trends like customization. We also carry out traditional manufacturing exactly according to our customers’ specifications, 1:1. Often, however, we act as an outsourcing partner, supporting our customers with product engineering. To do this, we rely on our development expertise and our 2019 Working Lab, as well as our engineering know-how. In our Working Lab, we develop tailored solutions using measurement technology and application analytics, which find applications in plant and mechanical engineering, e-mobility, as well as in medical technology and aerospace.

From Small Series to Large Series
At WERNER WIRTH, we manufacture industrially, semi-automated, and in an ESD-compliant manner, covering everything from single wires to highly complex cable harnesses. Overmolding, component potting, product-specific injection-molded parts, or integrated electronic components are also part of our offerings. Production takes place at various European locations in Belgern/Saxony, Klaipėda/Lithuania, and Dnipro/Ukraine.
