Since 2019, we have been supporting customers in the industrialization of their projects with our technical center. At our headquarters in Hamburg, as a specialist in connection technology and component protection, we offer various companies the mechanical infrastructure to bring their own concepts to mass production.

On around 700 square meters, customers can test product concepts relating to component protection, connection technology and cable assembly. Various machines and technical equipment for quality control are available. Supported by the technical expertise of our colleagues, users can develop projects at a large-scale production level in a scalable manner without having to make a pre-investment in a machine or block their own production facilities with sample production.

Versatile infrastructure for sample and small series production

At WERNER WIRTH, users can book into the technical center for so-called technology days. They receive a complete infrastructure of technologies such as plastic injection molding, coating, potting or crimping, soldering and welding in one place. The offer is supplemented by 3D printing, a curing machine, a temperature test cabinet and a tensile testing machine. This enables users to produce samples and small batches as part of product development or a production ramp-up.

The technical center for WERNER WIRTH is constantly being expanded in order to expand the company’s range of technologies.
